The project involved designing a printed mailer for Toyota customers to remind them of their vehicle maintenance schedule every 6 months or 8,000 km. The goal was to effectively communicate the importance of timely maintenance and encourage customers to book their service appointments. In collaboration with the Art Director, I was responsible for bringing the creative direction to life by translating the vision into a cohesive design that aligned with Toyota’s brand identity. This included crafting a visually appealing layout that clearly presented essential information, such as maintenance intervals, service benefits, and a call-to-action.

 

The design adhered to Toyota’s branding guidelines and was prepared for high-quality print production. I worked closely with the Art Director to refine the concepts and made necessary adjustments, and coordinated with print vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the final design. The completed mailer played a crucial role in maintaining customer engagement and promoting regular vehicle upkeep.
